40 young people take part in a day of
workshops, seminars and performances
Around 40 young people aged from 10-19 took
part in a day of workshops and seminars at Kay
Street Baptist Church, designed to build
confidence and teach new skills.
During the day, the young people could choose
from a range of 60-minute workshops in art,
dance, drama, drumming, diabolo, public speaking,
MCing, and puppetry. Interactive seminars were
also available, asking questions like ‘Does God
Exist?’ and ‘How do I reach my potential?’.
Inspire finished with an evening event for friends
and family at St Mary’s Church, showcasing the
finished product from the day’s workshops plus
performances from Revive and Reach Puppets.
